Pets
Dogs and Cats are allowed for a one time pet privilege fee of $250.00. There will be a 25.00 fee per month per pet that will be added to rent. 

Utilities
Units with electric for heat typically average $110 a month. Tenants with propane for heat typically average $90 a month. This is based on actual tenant averages and may change based on your own usages. 

What's required
There is an application to be filled out and submitted. Upon approval 1st, last, and security is due before move in.  It is possible to stretch the last months rent out over 3-4 months if waiting for deposit on another apartment or under certain circumstances.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments or buildings under any circumstances
